FORMER Support Worker
Rhonda - REPORTED TO NDIS
Rhonda has been reported for serious breaches of her contractual and professional obligations following her resignation from Empowering Through Mindfulness Disability Support (ETMDS).
ETMDS has now confirmed two separate incidents of post-employment misconduct:
1. Rhonda directly engaged with a long-standing ETMDS participant/participant's representative, and facilitated or encouraged their withdrawal from ETMDS to obtain private supports from herself; and
2. Also approached a participant's wife, discussed herr resignation from ETMDS, that she was also taking another participant, and encouraged them to discontinue ETMDS services and continue working with herself privately.
These actions constitute participant solicitation, misuse of confidential information, and breach of the NDIS Code of Conduct and your ETMDS Casual Employment Contract.
