ABOUT EMPOWERING THROUGH MINDFULNESS DISABILITY SUPPORT
And that it did. ETMDS was created only a few months later and, within a few weeks, had participants on the books, supporting their own clients, working with the families to create space as they needed and doing what they love. We have now been operating for 15 months and now employ 5 amazing support workers.
Through building strong relationships with Support Coordinators on the Gold Coast ETMDS is constantly contacted to help urgently support participants that are being failed by their current providers.
And now ETMDS has expanded to the Whitsundsays. ETMDS offer bespoke STA's as well as Community Access and In-home Support for regular participants.

Your Support Workers
We have a strong philosophy at ETMDS of creating a team that is both appreciated and supported. We pride ourselves on ALWAYS TURNING UP.
Our support team are qualified, have extensive experience and love doing what they do. And whilst they do this we encourage them, listen and express our gratitude to them as they build rapport and relationships that are lasting to our participants.
Here are a few words from our participants / participant’s representative.
What our participants and their families say…
Joining ETM over 6 months ago was such a wonderful choice. The team care for my son’s needs and have built such amazing rapport. My son has had some big challenges with his ABI and the Support Workers have always been there to help him through.
The team are so thoughtful and caring and my son has not been happier. He is out and about every day and now planning an STA at his favourite resort on the Gold Coast with the team. He is very excited to be doing activities he did not ever expect he would be able to do. Thank you all!
The team at ETM are my best friends. I love them so much. They take me to all my classes and even join in with me which is so much fun. Sometimes they come to my dance class and it is funny watching them do what I do. They take extra special care of me and my mum is very happy with them too.
