Support Worker

Sandy

Sandy became part of ETMDS as a contractor initially before joining us permanently in November 2026. She brings a bubbly personality with a go getter attitude and will lift your spirits in a matter of seconds with her fun loving approach to life.

Before joining the disability sector, Sandy developed extensive experience in roles where communication, empathy, and building rapport were essential. This background makes her a natural at putting people at ease, and her cheerful personality often leaves participants smiling. She is equally confident providing support in the home or out in the community, adapting her care to suit each person’s preferences.

Sandy supports both NDIS participants and Aged Care clients, creating positive experiences whether that’s through community outings, practical daily assistance, or simply offering companionship. She takes pride in being a steady advocate, encouraging independence and ensuring her clients’ voices are always heard.

Sandy holds a current First Aid and CPR Certificate, Blue and Yellow Cards (Qld), Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening.
